General Membership Meeting

Hello East Hartford Little League Family,

This is a reminder that the annual General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8, 2019, starting at 6:30 PM, located at the East Hartford Community Cultural Center, 50 Chapman Pl, East Hartford, CT 06108. Anyone who volunteered in any way for EHLL during the last season may cast a vote at this meeting. The meeting is held to determine who will serve on the next year's EHLL Board of Directors, as well as, providing information on the past year and plans for the upcoming year. The EHLL Board of Directors are responsible for all operations of East Hartford Little League and we ask that you consider joining the Board to help better the administration in any way you think you can. Be a part of what makes Little League so great!

As a reminder....

East Hartford Little League is an entirely volunteer run, non-profit organization. It is the hard working parents and community volunteers that make EHLL work. They do everything from coaching, scheduling, ordering uniforms, working the concession stands, to serving as board members. Since 1950, our volunteers' hard work has been the reason Little League continues to provide quality team sports for our youth. We are asking you to please consider volunteering for the 2020 season, the success of the program depends on you!
