Coaches/Volunteer Application (.pdf) * - This is required to be filled out and turned in before you can volunteer as a Manager, Coach or Umpire. You can print this out and fill it in to save time. You will need a photocopy of your drivers license. Please bring this to registration night or contact Brian Oatway at President@EHLL.org.
